Miguel Veiga, um dos poucos sociais-democratas do PSD, acha que Santana Lopes se há-de querer ver livre do governo, deixando-o para o seu "número dois" ou para qualquer outra luminária de circunstância, para se candidatar à Presidência da República. Eu estou tentado a concordar com ele. De facto, até quando Santana vai aguentar levantar-se todas as manhãs, olhar-se ao espelho e perguntar-se : - que fazer?
